I Rhythm

SWEET-152

I Rhythm¬†ūüĆô

I rhythm
with the very center
of my soulful Self,
to live
from a place of wholeness
and to serve
as guide
for the feminine
to feel embodied
by way of
movement,
sound,
symbols,
and tone.
So that Her truth
and Her meaning
be found as seeds
nestled in Her Soul
waiting to be discovered,
waiting to be shared with the world¬†through the gateway of the body.¬†ūüĆĺ

WOMAN

WOMAN
I have been waiting for you,
calling you home to your body.
Calling you home to your soul.
Release the mindful things.
Place one hand on your heart,
and one on the Earth.
She,
dreams great dreams through you.
Feel her.
Sense her.
Love her.

And move in your wild animal body with the rhythmic expressions you instinctually know in your bones crave an emergence,
of your human form.
To come forward. Rising, rooted.
Give of your gifts
and become visible
for humanity
and for the Earth community,
to feel,
to hear,
to smell,
to taste,

and to see your brilliance
so that the world can benefit from your magnificent soul offerings.

Welcome Home

Remember, hearing the call of your sweet soul,
a place intuitively known,
seeing the deep dark path leading the Way?

Remember, the movements we made,
arriving to this imaginative place,
and the pulsations we felt in our hearts
upon our grand entrance of severance?

Remember, the stories we shared,
illuminating the many voices of us
and the red basket we so tightly weaved
cradling our wildest visions?

Remember, Mystery swirling about,
alluring us towards the edges of our dreams,
as Fear sat in the center befriending us,
symbolically revealing our departure?

Remember, the compassion we expressed,
through the prickly-thorny inner and outer landscapes
and the sounds we echoed,
and the rhythmic beats created,
taking our place here on Earth.

Remember, the wonder we felt,
dancing with the unknown
as the natural world served as witness
to the vow we made at the threshold.

Remember, the desert’s twilight purple sky?
It is here, in this place,
where the imagination beckons us,
to dance with the Magic of possibility
and to greet each moment
in our wholeness.
It is here, where Mystery leans in and whispers,
welcome home.

The Great Mother

SWEET-228

The Great Mother

The one who soothes my soul and refreshens me.

The fulfillment of your purity,

fulfills my fountain of youth,

thank you for existing,

thank you for being,

thank you for your patience.

Living is because of you,

and your magically healing existence.

I Don’t Want to be Good Anymore

I Don’t Want to be Good Anymore

No longer am I the good girl.

She is dead now.

I am the Fierce Lover, who stands firmly rooted into Mother Earth, knowing her place in the world, representing justice for humanity.

I am the Fierce Wild Woman who stands for the depth of truth & meaning in the symbols and relationships of life.

I am the Fierce Mama Bear who rises for the spirit of sisterhood who guides the feminine back home to her soul.

No longer am I the good girl.

She is dead now.

I am the Fierce Mother Healer who is Alive walking this sacred land in service of humanity and of the Earth community.

I Have A Dream

mlk

In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, for the work that he did in his lifetime to lead the way for social justice, for the courage he had to represent the people for the sake of love, harmony, and social change, I found this quote that always reminds me how important it is to continue to self-reflect and ask myself what greater good am I contributing to the world?
“Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?” – Dr.¬†Martin Luther King, Jr.

The “I Have a Dream” Speech was Dr. King’s most prominent, given on August 28, 1963 during the March on Washington, in which he calls for an end to racism in the United States, delivered to a crowd of over 250,000 civil rights supporters from the steps of Lincoln Memorial.
This beautiful man continues to inspire me as a Puerto Rican woman, as a minority, and as a human being who has dreams for the earth community and for humanity of creating a more harmonious world for everyones dreams to live, for everyone to feel supported, and for everyone to feel loved.
Dr. King is right. If we continuously ask ourselves what we are doing for others, the world will become a beautiful place for our children and our children’s children to thrive!

Brilliant Sunset

Brilliant Sunset

Reflecting,
the essence of every moment embodied.
It is a living, breathing, experiencing, discovering, synergistic, chaotic, ever-moving-moment.
A happening,
a kind of quickening,
where we hold every opportunity,
to shine the brilliance within the very core of our being.
A moment,
where our truth-seeking never ceases.

We remain in full discovery of how our body moves in space, in time.
We remain in full discovery of how our interactions,
our relationships,
with one another,
how these moments,
play out a story of it’s own,
manifested from the expresser’s, expression.

Why wait a moment to seek the truth you seek?
Why wait a moment to hold back on the longing within your very soul?
Why wait any given moment to envision, create, develop, and express?

Life is the most incredible gift offered to our soul,
only but once, in the physical.

The way we dance,
the way we sing,
our thoughts,
become our centered reality.

May we ascend and descend,
beyond what the eye can see,
but rather what the soul can feel.
May the gift and the glory of Life, bring us into an expansive consciousness,
of our deepest knowing,
that which carries the sea,
fluidly-flowing,
swaying,
rocking,
and mysteriously leaping
into the sunset corners of our being.
